I was at the DP concert Tues 12-16 HOB.
It was great to hear Into the Fire & Bloodsucker along with a new
one--7th Heaven.
I am tired of hearing about Steve Morse having to fill Ritchie Blackmore
shoes. Granted his stage presence may be be better but I recently saw
the latest incarnation of Rainbow @ the Rave in Milwaukee &
folks--Ritchie's days are behind him. Morse smokes his ass big time. A
consumate musician. Forget about the past & move to the future, This
band is more exciting than anything out for a hell of a long time.
Give them a listen. If Purpendicular & Live @ the Olympia don't move you
then get a life please.
