DP Rules!
I thought the performance in Fort Lauderdale ROCKED!!! From start to finish the show was spectacular. Ian Gillan's voice was perfect. They played as if you were listening to an album. Steve Morse played incredible solo's, especially the riff raff intro to "Smoke On The Water". Jon Lord played excellent solo's with Steve Morse. Roger Glover played perfectly on the bass. Ian Paice's solo, in my opinion, was the best. My favorite part was when he started playing with one hand what two hands would play.
When they finished "Speed King" the audience was hungry for another track. We did have many songs played, but when you're having fun, time flies by quickly. The band was very energetic and gave the best show I've ever seen.
I'm only a teen and been listening to Purple for about seven or eight years now and I had been waiting for them to come to concert for the longest time. I finally got my wish.
DEEP PURPLE IS THE BEST ROCK BAND IN THE WORLD!!!!!
