From the soft howls of Hush right to the crash ending of Highway Star, I was blown away. As I overheard one person say on the way out, "Sure, there's a lot of stuff they didn't play, but what song would you remove from this set -- even Smoke and the Water kicked ass."

And the only person that seemed happier than me and my friends was Steve Morse -- especially when he walked between the amps to stand next to Jon Lord. I've liked Purpendicular from the first playing -- but this show convinced me that this lineup should run (not walk) back to the studio for a follow up.
