Kalamazoo, MI December 1, 1996 State Theatre
I can't say enough about the extraordinary performance of one of the greatest
rock and roll bands in the world. The State Theatre maybe holds 800 people
and to see them in such an intimate setting was too good to be true. One
measure of a first class band is the perfect acoustic match they can
accomplish with the surroundings they are to perform. Many thanks go out to
the sound crew.
Even though I may be biased in my review, I would recommend
this show to anybody who is serious about the roots of rock and roll. I am
just thankful I had the opportunity to experience Deep Purple live.
