Had the pleasure to be at the greatest DP concert in Reykjavík on June 23, 2004.
The evening started with the local group Mánar at 20:00. they played some of their own music and finished with 2 Uriah Heep songs Easy livin and July morning with super performance. A great group together after a 30-year break. I hope they will do some touring in Iceland !?
Deep Purple came on stage about 21:15 for me that was the greatest time in my life because I have never seen them live before. The crowd sang along and I never seen such a crowd from 10 to 70 years old all having a great time.
I took my wife and her sister with me and we had the best time ever
Thanks Deep Purple For this awesome concert. Still got some ringing in my ears you rockers :)
From the scale of 1 to 10 i give them 11 :)
