Ritchie Blackmore Steve Morse

Fantastic gig, but why oh why are there still people out there that insist on saying "Oh, he doesn't play the songs like Blackmore." I am fed up with these old farts that say that type of thing. Could you in your magnificent way tell these old gits that Blackmore, good guitarist as he is, is not in Purple anymore. Steve Morse now plays guitar for Purple and a fantastic job he is doing too.

Well Graham, you pretty much said it yourself. Steve has now been in Deep Purple longer than Ritchie ever was in the first place. Steve is not a passing phase or a replacement, he's a fully integrated member of the band. Rasmus
